Join The Coalition

The Coalition is made up of volunteer abolitionists and also represents over 180 diverse statewide organizations. It is free for organizations to affiliate, and all are welcome.

Individuals join the Coalition by getting involved on one of our committees. Some of those committees are listed lower on this page, but if you have another ideas of how you’d like to help, please email info@njhumantrafficking.org.

Both individuals and organizations should sign up to get our newsletters - see bottom of this webpage. Also please follow us:

AFFILIATE WITH US AS AN ORGANIZATION:

Join the over 180 organizations in New Jersey who stand together against human trafficking.

Joining is free.

Once your organization is affiliated, we ask that you agree to promote the work of the Coalition when suitable. The Coalition will publicize your organization’s human trafficking awareness events when co-branded. The Coalition reserves the right not to co-brand an activity where there is a conflict with a Coalition event.

To apply to become affiliated with the Coalition please follow the link below to complete a form.

JOIN AS AN INDIVIDUAL:

The Coalition is run entirely by volunteers, so please consider getting involved by joining a committee.

COALITION LEADERSHIP:

The Board of Trustees is governing body of the Coalition.

The Operating Council is an advisory committee to the Board, which bring all committee chairs and most active individuals together for monthly meetings (in person with call-in possible).

We invite those with great interest in all aspects of our work to join the Operating Council as an “Observer” especially those who have already demonstrated their support of our goals by participating on one of our committees. After a period of time, and demonstration of that support, observers are invited to join as full voting members, who make personal commitments to participating and supporting the Coalition.

For questions about the Operating Council please email INFO@NJHumanTrafficking.org
